Abstract
Objective: To analyze the relationship between environmental management strategies in the supply chain and the levels of effectiveness in formal organizations in the province of Cañete during 2024. Methodology: Quantitative research, non-experimental cross-sectional design with correlational scope. A structured questionnaire of 32 items (Likert scale) was applied to 30 employees of formal companies. Statistical analysis included Spearman's Rho coefficient using SPSS v28. Results: 63.3% of participants perceived a low level of implementation of environmental practices in logistics, while 63.3% rated organizational effectiveness as regular. However, inferential analysis revealed a very strong positive correlation between both variables (ρ = 0.996; p < 0.01). Conclusions: The incorporation of environmental criteria in logistics management constitutes a determining factor for achieving superior organizational results. There is a significant opportunity to strengthen the sustainable competitiveness of the local business sector through training policies and strategic environmental management.
